Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 mushrooms
2 garlic
1/4 c. margarine
8 oz. sausage
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
parsley
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Remove stems and chop.
Saute in margarine and garlic 3 minutes to brown.
Add sausage until well browned.
Stir in remaining ingredients until heated through.
Stuff each mushroom cap and heat at 350\u00b0 about 3 minutes.
Brush with butter.
