Baked Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion (per person)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese (per onion)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel off outer skin and wash.
    In a greased casserole, place the onion.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over onions (1 can for 6 onions).
    Cover each onion with 1/4 cup of cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until fork can pierce onions easily, about 30 minutes.
