Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Cream eggs and sugar.
Add oil slowly and beat well.
Add vanilla.
Sift flour, cinnamon, salt and soda; stir into creamed mixture.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a prepared 9-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
