Spiedano Romano Buns(Ham-Swiss Cheese) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. grated onion
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
6 large buns
6 slices cheese
6 slices boiled ham
Preparation

Cream the butter, onion, mustard and seed.
Spread on each side of buns.
Place slice of ham on bottom half of bun.
Cover with a slice of cheese.
Top with remaining half of bun.
Spread top of bun with butter mixture.
Cook 3 sandwiches at a time for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
