Peach Streusel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 to 5 c. sliced peaches
1 egg
2 tsp. milk
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, flour and butter or margarine.
Put half of mixture in bottom of unbaked pie shell.
Mix sugar, nutmeg and sliced peaches and pour into shell.
Beat egg and milk and pour over peaches.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Cover edges of shell with foil to keep from overbrowning.
