Corn Spoon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn (use liquid)
    1 (8 oz.) can whole corn (use liquid)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in 8-inch or 9-inch pan. Top with 1 1/2 cups of grated Swiss cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    You may double recipe and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
