Cheese Topped Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. cut green beans
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/4 c. thinly sliced onions
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook carrots and green beans until tender and drain.
    Place in 2-quart casserole.
    In skillet, melt margarine.
    Add onions, basil, garlic salt, pepper and mushrooms; saute until onion is tender.
    Spoon onion mixture over carrots and green beans; top with tomato wedges.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 12.
