Teresa'S Holiday Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
Preparation
    In a saucepan, mix sugar in water.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add cranberries and return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until cranberries \"pop\".
