Torte Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box SuperMoist yellow cake mix (or chocolate)
1 can cherry pie filling
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can vanilla frosting
Preparation

Mix cake according to directions.
Pour into two large cake pans and bake.
Cool completely.
Then slice into four layers.
Mix cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla frosting and spread each of the 3 lower layers with some frosting.
You must leave a large amount for the top layer.
Then over the frosting, spread some cherry filling on each of the lower layers, leaving 1/2 can for the top layer.
Then finish the top layer with frosting and cherry filling.
(I don't do anything to the sides, usually a little juice may run down.)
This is a very good and attractive cake.
