Skillet Cheddar Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl;
    set aside.
    Combine milk, egg and cheese and add to dry ingredients; mix thoroughly.
    Pour batter into hot, greased 10-inch skillet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cornbread is golden.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
