Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion recipe soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake well until potatoes are well coated. Place potatoes in shallow baking dish. Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
