Deep Fried Potato Peelings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potato peels
    oil
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potato skins thicker than usual.
    Wash, dry and then fry in hot oil.
    Drain well on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a heavy coating of Parmesan cheese.
