Shrimp Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. oleo
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dill weed
mace, salt and pepper to taste
1 c. milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 lb. cooked shrimp
Preparation

Saute onion in oleo.
Add flour and seasonings.
Add milk; cook until mixture begins to thicken.
Add lemon juice.
Remove from heat.
When cool, whisk in egg yolks, then add mayonnaise and shrimp.
Serve over steamed vegetables of choice.
