Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 stick butter or margarine, cut into pats
Preparation
    Mix together the soup and sour cream.
    Boil chicken until tender (about 1 hour).
    Remove from bone unless using boneless chicken breasts.
    Tear into pieces.
