Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

small amount of margarine or bacon drippings
head of cabbage, shredded
sliced onion
sliced green pepper (optional)
lemon juice
soy sauce
Preparation

Use a small amount of margarine or bacon drippings in a nonstick skillet.
Add shredded cabbage, sliced onion and, if desired, sliced green pepper.
Fry, stirring well, until slightly browned and tender.
Add a little lemon juice and soy sauce.
This goes well with knockwurst, bratwurst or polish sausage.
