Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    2 qt. or 2 large cans whole tomatoes (undrained)
    kidney or pinto beans
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and garlic.
    Drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour.
    Stir in beans.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and let simmer as long as you can before serving.
