Apricot Dream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot flavored gelatin or 2 small (3 oz.) pkg.
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. liquid from pineapple
1 c. crushed drained pineapple
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, halved
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in bowl.
In separate bowl, beat cream cheese fluffy; slowly beat in hot gelatin using mixer. Then beat in pineapple juice (add water, if needed to equal 1 cup).
Chill until slightly congealed.
Add both fruits.
Fold in Cool Whip; fold in marshmallows.
Pour into 9 or 10-inch pan. Decorate with maraschino cherries, if desired.
