Yogurt Muffins(No Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2/3 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. blueberries
    grated or cooked apple
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and other dry ingredients.
    Gently stir in yogurt, milk and fruit, blending just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fill muffin cups sprayed lightly with Pam 3/4 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 minutes or until brown.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 12 muffins.
