Lasagna For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dried whole oregano
    5 lasagna noodles
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute beef and garlic in oil in a 10-inch skillet until meat is browned.
    Drain off drippings.
    Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    Layer half of noodles, Mozzarella, Ricotta, meat sauce and Parmesan cheese in a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Repeat layers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Yield:
    2 servings.
