Wonderful Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small red potatoes
    8 oz. carrots, cut up
    8 oz. yellow squash, cut up
    2 c. fresh or frozen vegetables
    scallions
    parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in pan of water 13 minutes.
    Add carrots.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add yellow squash.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Add peas.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Drain and put in dish.
    Add melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle with scallions and parsley, cut up.
    Serves 8.
    Looks beautiful when served.
