Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container low-fat cottage cheese
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    10 to 15 fresh mushrooms
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    Italian seasoning: oregano and garlic powder to taste
    1 lb. pkg. lasagne noodles, uncooked
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, mix cottage cheese, spinach and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and eggs.
