Economical Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 slice bacon
Preparation
    Soften bread in 2/3 cup water in bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients, except bacon.
    Mix well.
    Shape mixture into 1 or 2 loaves.
    Place in baking dish; cut bacon into thirds.
    Top loaves with bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
