Mom'S Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 c. (1/2-inch) pieces rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
pastry for 2 crust 9-inch pie
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients until well mixed.
Pour this mixture over the prepared fruit and let stand for 20 minutes. Fill pie shell and then dot with tablespoon of butter.
Put on pastry top and bake for 50 to 60 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
Be sure to make several cuts in pastry top as pie is very juicy.
