Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 fresh apples
1 egg, beaten
1 stick margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
loaf bread slices
cinnamon
Preparation

Peel and cut up apples.
Place in pie plate.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Trim sides off of loaf bread.
Place on top of apples. Mix beaten egg and melted margarine with sugar.
Pour over top of bread slices.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, 30 to 45 minutes.
