Old Southern Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine corn meal, flour and sugar; mix well.
Add butter, buttermilk and eggs.
Mix well.
Grease an iron skillet with margarine.
Pour in mixture.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
