Pineapple Fizz - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 large scoops pineapple sherbet (about 1 c.)
1/2 c. sparkling water

Preparation

Put into blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 10 seconds or until the mixture is smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
Serve right away.
