Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops
    4 potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides.
    Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Arrange potato slices.
    Place browned chops over potatoes. Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix well; pour over chops.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
