Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Duncan Hines cake mix (white or yellow)
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
8 oz. cream cheese or sour cream
18 oz. fresh frozen coconut
1 c. sour cream
2 c. sugar

Preparation

Thaw coconut before mixing. Mix bottom 3 ingredients. Set aside while cake is baking.
