Old Fashion Clam Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 large onion, diced
1 1/2 c. celery, cut up
dash of pot herbs
2 (6.5 oz.) cans chopped clams
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Bisquick crust
Preparation

Place potatoes, celery, onion and pot herbs in pot. Add water to 1-inch below potatoes.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour mixture into an 8 x 10-inch baking dish, using enough liquid to cover bottom of pan.
Spoon clams with juice over potato mixture.
Place sliced eggs over clams.
Top with crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 approximately 20 minutes.
