Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 medium green tomatoes
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. flour
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Wash, core and slice tomatoes into thin slices.
    In a low bowl, beat eggs, add milk, salt, pepper and flour.
    Mix together well.
    If too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add more flour. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet.
    Dip tomato slices in egg mixture and place in hot oil.
    Brown on both sides; serve hot.
