Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk, scalded
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 1 1/2-quart ungreased casserole, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Place casserole in baking pan with about 1-inch hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Serve warm or chilled, with cream, if desired.
