Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually stir in pineapple, nuts (1 cup), green pepper, onion and salt.
Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining nuts.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate.
