Italian Meatball Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. soft or 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing lightly, but thoroughly.
    Pinch off approximately
    1 1/2-inch pieces of beef mixture to make 20 meatballs; place in ungreased 15 x 20-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
