Grilled Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. headless shrimp (with shells left on)
    olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Use fingers to lightly coat shells of shrimp with oil.
    Put shrimp on the grill over hot coals.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
    Meanwhile, mix the vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    When shrimp are done, remove from grill and toss with mixture in bowl.
    Serve hot, letting diners peel and eat their own shrimp.
