Holiday Breakfast(This Recipe Must Be Made A Day Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 slices sourdough bread, cubed (including crusts, enough for a 9 x 13-inch pan)
    2 c. milk
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (I use more)
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dill or thyme
    chives
Preparation
    Ham, sausage or bacon can be added.
