Poor Man'S Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pat into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate overnight or several hours.
    Cut into cube steaks; roll in flour.
    Brown lightly in large greased skillet. After browning, place back into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with the soup and 1 can water.
    Bake, uncovered, at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
