Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. (12 medium) red potatoes
    6 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook, cube and peel potatoes.
    Blend together mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Mix well with other ingredients.
    Cover and chill.
    Serves 20 (1/2-cup) servings.
