Mixed Fruit Smoothies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bananas, chilled and cut up
2/3 c. strawberries or mango slices
1 1/2 c. grape juice or mango, apricot or other fruit nectar, chilled
1 (8 oz.) carton plain fat-free yogurt
1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
fresh strawberries and mango slices (optional)
Preparation

In a blender container, cut up bananas, strawberries, grape juice, yogurt and if desired, honey. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 6 chilled glasses. If desired, garnish with additional strawberries and mango slices.
