Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    10 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and salt. Blend until mixture resembles fine crumbs like cornmeal. Sprinkle water over crumbs. Work
    with fork in bowl. Let sit 10 minutes. Roll out on floured board and put in 9-inch pie pan.
    Makes 2 crusts.
