Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    5 eggs (I use egg substitute)
    1 c. coconut, soaked in 1 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and mix well.
    Sift together flour and baking powder.
    Add to other mixture alternating with coconut and milk.
    Pour into greased and floured pan (or use Pam). Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    For tube pan bake 70 minutes; for 13 x 9-inch pan bake 55 to 60 minutes.
