Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 lb. tomatoes
    8 medium onions
    1 c. red peppers
    1 c. green peppers
    salt
    oregano
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    5 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and cut into small chunks.
    Put all ingredients in pan.
    Cook and
    simmer a couple of hours.
    Freeze in bags.
