Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 well beaten eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. peeled and chopped apples
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs in large bowl; add dry ingredients; mix well.
Add nuts, apples and vanilla.
Bake in 13 x 9-inch or tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve as is or use topping.
