Chuck Roast In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck (2-inch thick eye, roll or roast, boneless)
    2 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast in center of foil in a roasting pan.
    Brush meat with steak sauce.
    Sprinkle the onion soup mix over it.
    Spread with mushroom soup.
    Add about 1/4 can of water.
    Wrap loosely in foil and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
