Jeanne'S Chocolate Mochi Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mochiko (powdered sweet rice)
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 cans evaporated milk
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Melt margarine and chocolate chips together and combine with the evaporated milk, vanilla and eggs.
    Mix well and stir into the dry ingredients until it becomes a smooth batter.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
