Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers, break in half
1 carton Lite Cool Whip
2 small pkg. vanilla, sugar free, instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 can lite chocolate frosting
Preparation

In 9x13 pan put one layer of graham crackers.
Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip with electric mixer and put 1/2 of this mixture on first graham cracker layer.
Put another (second) layer of graham crackers, then the rest of pudding mixture on top.
Put last (third) layer of graham crackers on top.
Put chocolate frosting in microwave for 1/2 minute.
Stir and pour on top of last graham cracker layer.
Cover with foil and put in refrigerator overnight.
