Mint Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 sprigs mint
4 tsp. tea
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Steep the first 3 ingredients for 5 minutes.
Add the next 3 ingredients.
After sugar has dissolved, strain all of the ingredients into 1 large container and add 1 quart of cold water. Refrigerate overnight.
Serves 6 to 8.
