Ham Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced ham
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 Tbsp. sherry (if desired)
6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

In saucepan, brown ham and onion in butter until onion is tender.
Blend in soup, water, cheese and sherry (if used).
Cook over low heat until cheese melts, stirring often.
Add spaghetti (cooked and drained), chopped pimiento and parsley.
Heat.
Serves 4.
