Venison Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground venison
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. Heinz 57
    1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    1/4 c. Carnation nonfat dry milk
Preparation
    Mix well all seasonings and the ground venison.
    Form into patties and cook on gas grill or charcoal grill.
    Wonderful and fat-free.
