Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. cubed potatoes
1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
6 slices bacon
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
Preparation

Cover potatoes with water. Cook until tender. Saute onions. Fry bacon crisp. Break bacon into pieces and add bacon and onion to potatoes. Mix together cream of chicken soup and evaporated milk. Add to potato mixture. Blend with mixer until smooth and creamy.
