Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. tomatoes
3 c. sweet peppers
2 c. hot peppers (hot salsa)*
2 c. onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. canning salt
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar

*For mild salsa use 1 cup banana peppers and 1 cup hot peppers.
